Discovering a destination, for you, is above all not skipping its must-sees. They are its main assets and are irresistibly attractive with their iconic sceneries. It would be a shame to miss out! However, if you want to avoid the crowds, trust our advice: for example, visit the Rotorua and Tongariro region from a much less crowded hub such as TaupÅ; or explore the Milford Sound or Abel Tasman Park for the day, via a gorgeous scenic flight, rather than driving countless hours.
